WelcomHeritage Urvashi's Retreat

This was the best stay in my whole trip to Himachal. The hotel is completely surrounded by scenic icy hills. The room type I stayed in is Duplex which is the second best. As I was there for honeymoon, I asked them for decoration, and they really did an awesome job. No matter what amount you invest in your stay here. You will surely get a luxurious and classy return. This will always be my stay at Manali. Lots of love. Thanks for your courteous welcome and great services.

One of the best experiences I've ever had. The staff members are way too polite. The head chef while we were there was Mr Sumer Singh ji, i have never seen such an accommodating chef in life, the tastes and flavours he had had added to the food was outstanding, everyone in the resort was pleased. Staff was too polite, would go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. This is a place if you can afford, must come and stay. You would never regret it. Thanks urvashi retreat for making my honeymoon a memorable one.

I reached out to the number on the website of UrvashiRetreat and was given an email address also provided on their website. Someone communicated with me regarding my booking using a name from an employee within the company chain and confirmed my booking and took a payment from us too. We arrived to the hotel on check-in day and there was no booking with our name or record of our payment. However the number we dialled in at first goes directly to their reception. We are sure fraud has been commited within the business as the manager of the chain also refused to talk to us regarding this matter. We were then charged an additional charge for a room booking. We filed a report to the police however we are foreigners and they said its unliley for us to get our money back. I have reported the crime to my embassy in India stated that UrvashiRetreat is too blame and has not reached out to us regarding this matter. I have sent in emails to the company chain as well trying to connect with the headoffice to get some information on this matter - or if they have investigated themselves. We should of been given our money back as the fault is on their side and fraud is being commited within the company. I advise, especially foreigners not to book this place as the same could happen and the company will not provide an help or refund to you! I am disgusted by their service since they are considered a boutique hotel. I have travelled avidly to many countries and stayed in many places and this has never happened before. The company should be atleast responsible for responding to us but no instead they ignore my emails. TERRIBLE PLACE AND COMMUNICATION. NOT A BOUTIQUE HOTEL TO COMMIT FRAUD LIKE THIS TO FORIENGERS WHO COME TO VISIT MANALI.
