Breakfast is thumbs down, I was served bread and jam.....so when they say breakfast included....I advise you to check that again.nAlso don't go with what is put on booking site, recheck everything with hotel directly. Calling Treebo customer support doesn't work well.......

The hotel is decent place and clean. The room I was provided is very big and spacious with a kitchen inside. The food is a bit pricey but quality of food is very good and tastes like hone cooked food.You have to tell them in advance that you need less spicy food.nThe complimentary breakfast is not that great as they offer very limited choice like bread/jam or Puri and sabzi. Since Shillong has very cold climatic condition the guests badly need hot water 24/7 especially in the morning hours. However, hot water is not available at the time you need it most. In early hours say 6am to 7am the reception is vacant and you will need to remind them over mobile phone about hot water.

Horrible place!!. Location 1/5(no parking facility for 4 wheelers, 1veh parking place avbl), Service 0/5(they take ages), Rooms 1/5(beds,mats,bedsheets and pillows are worst), cleanliness 1/5, food 0/5 (very horrible do not try, for this they charge a bomb price. Phethatic!!). If you take heater they charge 400 overnight charges and it won't work for whole night!!

Decent place to stay in, great staff to help you out. Proximity to key places is the USP.

Very overpriced place.nnSmall room, too far from city centre.nStaff tried to charge me two times.nNot recommend to stay here.
