We were denied by the bbsr hotel on reachin here from mumbi.Treebo support had no clue and were still saying that it is confirmed. Thn they apologised and told us to book a non treebo hotel.i mean these guys took advance money and backed out after we reached hotel. I was stuck with my parents at reception.please please Stay away frm treebo. No words for this trouble we faced. Pathetic customer service too

It's not good for morning persons like menstaff were rude asked me to check new hotel for the next day if it's the case if you were going to chai at 5:30 didn't expect this from treebonI had checked the reviews saying nice and friendly staff but test were not the same harsh treatment
