Pressana Kia

Very bad. My parents have given order 3 months back and after that no call from the dealer and when we enquired they told that the waiting period has been extended. Is this the way the staff should respond to the customers? They also say things which are not true. Are the parts from KIA are assembled only in the city dealership stores? Please clarify. Planning to return the advance given. Please don't buy cars from here.
