Customer service was good. We did some laundry here and I had a great conversation with “Terry” he gave us some insight on things to do and places to go and how to get there because Yellowstone did have construction. The sites were narrow we didn’t have a fire because our pit was right outside the slide out of our neighbor and the smoke would have went rightnUp into their camper. That’s the only issue we had with this location.

Typical KOA. Showers were clean, laundry room was nice, and staff was very friendly. They also had an adorable gift shop. We'd definitely return if we come back this way!

The bathrooms were scuzzy. For the dozens of campers here, one restroom cleaning a day isnt enough. But they do charge a 20% facility fee in addition to nightly rate and taxes. Not sure how you could give this place 5 stars?! One must have low expectations. This is a holiday koa with perks but the Pool is closed, breakfast is closed then the price should be adjusted. Very few trees for shade. Not much privacy but sites spacious. Wind is insane here so dont plan on cooking outside much. The bathrooms are nice if they were clean. Would stay again in a pinch.but it hurts.
