This was an amazingvexperience, good food in house...good staff and bar facility was amazing. Response time can be improved. Touropick was instrumental in my decision of selecting the hotel. They were all the way win touch with me during the stay. Kept asking for feedback regularly during my stay, which i must say was quiet a unique experience for me. Usually other tour operators will seek feedback after the trip. So, thanks to Touropick for such wonderful experience, it makes more sense as i was there with full family including 4 senior citizens and 2 kids....

A very professional approach with personal caretaking was experienced by me. All information and requirements were conveyed clearly from the very beginning and no hidden costs or surprises sprung up later. The support was constantly there, particularly from Mr. Puneet Mittal who remained always accessible despite announcement of global lockdown due to COVID-19. He extended his support for me to obtain extension of Health Insurance which was required due to my stay getting extended much beyond the planned period due to complete lockdown. My experience with them have been excellent and I look forward to many more outstanding deals with them in future. I wish them all success and growth as well as good health to all in these testing times of Corona pandemic.
