Great hospitality, every thing here was very orderly.

We were at Hyatt Gurgaon for a 3 nights staycation and had an amazing time there. Despite the corona pandemic, the hotel staff made sure that the we were at ease and had a relaxing and good time. Their hospitality is absolutely top notch. Right from the time one enters the hotel premises till the check out, the entire experience is seamless and perfect. All hygiene protocols are thoroughly followed without any compromise. The entire hotel staff members go out of their way to make you feel warm and comfortable. A special word of thanks to the housekeeping team. & restaurant team Thank you for the wonderful & memorable experience.

Very good hotel, if you are on Business travel. Excellent rooms, clean washroom, nice lobby. Friendly staff. Unfortunately no buffet lunch/dinner coz of covid but meal on room is available.buffet is only for breakfast. However less options in food menu. Had not pleasent experience while ordering food from room, no one pick up call easily from room service was only bad point I faced. Rajeev Rawat gave good service at restaurant for breakfast. Nothing much for kids and family. Over All good experience and I recommend for short business trips stay. It's reasonable for it's cost.

Service levels are as good as expected from Hyatt..staff amazing , hospitable and friendly. Overall a very nice place to be !!!
