Red Fox Hotel, Delhi Airport

I wanna stay here pls help

One of the worst Hotels I've come across in my life; and believe me when I'm saying this...... I've had my fair share of bad days( being a backpacker; staying in tents). Let's go systematically - When someone enters a hotel; they meet a receptionist( individual at front desk) and that's the very first impression of how that stay is going to turn out to be; receptionist at front desk is so well versed and polished that initially he will start his conversation in English and very soon will switch to Hindi( that's not the real problem, eventually he will end up understanding nothing you are trying to convey to him and neither would he be able to convey anything meaningful to you). Then one enters their room, if someone is taking a room in Aerocity - he/she expects a particular level of compliance and amenities as per the standards of this place. If there would have been an option of rating my stay as zero, I definitely would have gone with that; There's never any hot water in the shower. Even if you uprsie housekeeping staff about it, they are clueless and always replies it'll come around 6 o'clock. But it never comes, neither around 0600 hrs nor around 1800 hrs. There's no concept of sound proofing in the rooms - you can have a nice chat with your next door neighbour and I don't want to get started on the housekeeping staff. Then their 'restaurant' - one of the worst eating joints in this whole Aerocity. I personally feel local vendors of Delhi can make better food than this place. The only thought that will come across your mind once you check out from this place is 'NEVER AGAIN'.

Low cost hotel, don't expect much out of dining & breakfast. Limited options available. Basic amenities not provided by hotel as you need to buy it from within.

I stayed in Red Fox hotel in quarantine after flying in from London. My stay was good. For reasonable tariff the room was clean, comfortable, with a separate shower room. The food was reasonable. They always rang after meal to make sure we had received it. I am used to eating dinner early and n request they served me early. All in all it was a good stay for me. Would recommend it for future travellers in the Vande Bharat flights.
