Some things are good and somethings are bad ,but According to me this is nice hospital,charges are totally high but treatment is good, infrastructure is good , facilities are good , everything is here which is related to serious patients.

It is one of the best hopital of kanpur.nnfacilities are very very good and here staff is very (NURSE) nobal, understandable, responsible, simpathible, and maintain eqality to every one

People use to say first impression is the last impression and mine was altogether a different one . Today I went to get done my covid test and paid 900 at the reception while when I called a day before yesterday a girl picked the call and said that 700 will be charged and bring Aadhar now 200 charged extra not an issue . Now move to testing room there are two persons I will not name them they were having there lunch I saw them eating as they said that we are having lunch after that the testing will be done I wait outside after they finished they said to wait for a while as they have just finished the lunch so I waited again now they moved to outside and now I was sitting there and waiting here after a while I enquired at the reception to please call them as we are waiting for a long time they said they have gone to collect samples without calling them now I keep waiting there and suddenly seeing me waiting a man approach and said Ian also waiting with my wife please call them the phone number is written on the door I called them they said they are having lunch in the canteen as the lunch they have done in the cabin was not sufficient and then I said when will you came back they said in 20 Min then I said this to the other person who was also waiting then he replied I called them and they say we are In a meeting now like this time passed and everyone was waiting but they came after a very very long time this was the experience at Naraina Hospital. hope you all get the true picture of it. Still confused why that caller said rs 700 for the test and charged indifferent.nnAnd my second visit was again horrible there was a person name Nitin mehrohtra. He was not wearing the mask and I said to wear it he said that I am not wearing the mask for the last 1year do whatever you can so I just said to him I want to talk to some educated person but not you this is the level of educated professional in Narayana really uneducated staffing no professional.

Infra is good but in pendemic they treat the covid patient and their family very badly.
