I spent 1 night , as I visited Malda due to offical purpose.nI stayed at 5th floor in a very small room although it was fully AC. But I felt comfortable and the hotel staffs are really very polite, gentle and helpful.nI would suggest this hotel to everyone, if you have the plan for 1 night or 2 nights stay. But if you have a long time plan and with family, then some of the people may not like. Otherwise, for short trip, specially offical purpose or business trip people may stay over there. Specially at cheap rate, the hotel and staffs are really good. And their Food court is really wonderful and awesome. Just 2 days back I visited the hotel, and that's why I m sharing my practical and real time experience with you all.nThanks,nArpan Adhikary.

I really like the location and behaviour of reception guy , guards and other staff who serve every thing on time.nRoom is clean and well maintained and also wifi is working properly which is more important for me.nRoom size is small but comfortable for singl person.

Lovely hotel, mannered staff and disciplined janetors.... fully satisfied with the service due to some problem receptionist took extra 34 rs by mistake...he called me while I was in the bus and apologized to me which was not needed but this shows how good and mannered they are.❤ufe0fud83dude42

Don't book it online from any site.They will show delux room but will give you standard room when you reach the hotel and show you the forwarded mail booking as standard room. Price online for delux room shows Rs 1000 but when you reach hotel they won't give you for less than 1600. Beware of such frawd hotel
