Best service I have received in a long time. Running 20 minutes late but received a text letting me know. Job didn't take as long as they thought so they charged me $60 less than the original quote, I have never had this happen before and was impressed. Professional from start to finish!!!! Would highly recommend them.

Nigel was fantastic! He was very quick to arrive, helpful and solved my issue immediately. Nigel’s customer service skills are beyond the best and he came out early morning outside of normal business hours. Very grateful for his help and amazing service, will definitely make sure I seek out Nigel for all future jobs. Very happy :)

Our experience started very favourably when we spoke with Terry in the store in Burleigh. He was clearly very knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge and advice with us in a patient and simple to understand way. Chris arrived right on time for the appointment we made and we were similarly impressed with him. He listened carefully to what we needed, provided good explanations of our options, worked meticulously and checked that we were happy with the work. I booked Online and the entire procedure was seamless. I received a confirmation email immediately and later a text message to confirm my locksmith would be arriving within 10 minutes. Dave was punctual, friendly and professional. He was obviously experienced and completed the job quickly and expertly. He cleaned up after himself and I was pleasantly surprised by the price. I would not hesitate to recommend Terry’s Locksmith service and will definitely use them again should the need arise.
