Fantastic service, very simple and straightforward. i have no idea about locks etc. but Andrew clearly explained to me everything and why he recommended the new lock on my patio doors.nnExplained how i activate my guarantee also. Highly recommended.

Andy was absolutely fabulous! Having recently been ripped off £70 for the most appalling service by another locksmith in Bradford named David, who spoke and quoted something else but then sent someone else (missing this vitalnInformation out to me). This other person was entirely unprofessional and argumentative regarding the repair!! He barely spent much time on it. The cost was ludicrous and to top it up it barely survived a day proving faulty the very next day!! I was promised another visit to amend it next day, but that never happened. Andy however from the immediate onset, was so professional I can’t praise him enough. He thoroughly debriefed me on possibilities, went out to check the lock, bought and fixed the lock amongst taking the time to keep me informed as i was at work, whilst he tended to the job. Really kind, friendly and so reasonable with his prices. He’s definitely cheaper then others in the area. He was flexible with his time, and arrived early to the job. His punctuality was impressive followed by coming back later to do the job upon my request for the same day to get it done. Comfortingly, Andy offers guarantee for his work! (Unlike my poor experience with the ‘other’ locksmith!).nI Would recommend Andy all the time every time. He won’t let you down and is absolutely impeccable with his professionalism and friendliness.
