We recently used Bristol Local Locksmith to install anti snap locks in our conservatory and our front door. Steve did a great job, he was friendly, patient, gave a fast service and was very efficient too.nThe quality of work was fantastic and we were delighted with our new locks!nnThis is also a double review as we had an emergency today where something else went wrong with our front door (not to do with the locks, it’s an old door) and we were left unable to get into our house.nnI called Steve, as I remembered his website, he came within 30 minutes and managed to get us in the house, change the lock and give us advice on getting a new door handle set from tool station.nnWhen we called, he was actually on another job the other side of Bristol. Fortunately for us, the person’s house he was working on was happy for Steve to come to our aid. We owe them some gratitude too, so thank you, whoever you were.nnI cannot recommend this company highly enough, we have dealt with Steve both times, his customer service is top notch.nnThanks again for all your help!nn(The photo is of the new handle we bought from tool station, the lock is what Steve installed... nice to be on the inside of the house again... Yaaayyyy!)

Excellent service and would thoroughly recommend. Knowledgeable, professional ..communication was excellent as we made arrangements to fit new locks on house after a recent purchase. On time and delivered what was promised with the minimum of fuss. I couldn't speak more highly

Steve was excellent. I rang him one Sunday morning at 10am. I had gone for a walk when I came back to find I couldn't unlock the front door. I rang Steve who asked me to send a photo of the lock + key, and rang me back exactly as he said he would within 5 mins, and told me part of the key was broken - and that with the key from another family member it would be 100% okay. I was surprised at his 100% confidence but he was perfectly right. He very generously didn't charge me for advice that I found invaluable (otherwise would be cold on doorstep for hours whilst wife had gone to Weston) so I said that writing this review was the least I could do in return for his help on a Sunday morning.nFantastic service and professional - he will be my first port of call for all lock advice. Thanks Steve.
