The most unprofessional service/response I have ever seen. Their approach is very causual in resolving the service issues. They pass the buck on to other staff or on technical issues. At the end the issue remains unsolved. In one word they are most un professional and not the one to relay/believe. Better not to entertain these people/firm in future.
I complained manytimes about the shutters, their service people are unable to rectify it. When compared with other competitive brands, Service is very bad but their AMC charges are abnormal.

Johnson is by far the market leader in Vijayawada as there were not many major companies in Vijayawada besides Kone elevators in the residential space. Kone was priced too high to compete with Johnson but had better quality products. This is starting to change with the state capital moving to Vijayawada which also attracts new players like OTIS a US based MNC has just setup office in Vijayawada. Kone and OTIS offer newer technology than Johnson which results in Power savings and less maintenance . If the prices are comparable OTIS and Kone are better value for money products. OTIS and Kone have Better technology for Elevator motors and car cables which results in smoother ride. OTIS has till recently focused on the commercial market like PVP mall, but recently has focused on the residential customers in the Vijayawada market in the value for money segment.
Worst ever service from the people..They never respond properly. Even after setup of the lift they didn't install the lift properly..always looking to escape work. Very much fedup with their service
