My self Atanu Mondal.I am caustomar SBI BANK Duttapulia brunch last 5 year,s .Today going duttapulia Brench for PASSBOOK updated I got a different experience 3No counter cashier I think name JOYDEB His behaviour so rute He don't know how to communicate customer and how to du customer satesfaction.Last 1week out side printing machine is not working but SBI Bank Stef dint seen what happened is that and 3no cashier also said I don't du Passbook update. Before a week I am going for PASSBOOK updated he said U ll come next day 10-11.30am under but Whole bank bilding Don't have any Notish bord for timeing Thank you
