The C.V. Raman Junior College was established in the year 2009, keeping with its aim for preparing better quality of students to make good career performance in today’s modern competitive society. It also aims to build up their character and personality to become responsible citizen of the country. It is managed by KALONG PARIA SIKSHA KAYLYAN SANSTHA, a non government organization(N.G.O.) registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. The Principal, in consultation with the Managing Committee which is the executive body for administration of the society will enforce strict discipline among the students of the college to ensure the academic congenial atmosphere for quality education and all round development of the institution. Academic council and Education Board will advise the Managing Committee and the decision of the managing committee of the Sanstha will be final. C.V. Raman Junior College is one of the best junior college of Nagaon, Assam having all the three streams that are science, commerce and arts.
