Its best if you are looking for the college of yog . Myself is also a student of lyu I'm studying BSc in yog. It has grt teachers and guidence for the indian ancient texts based on yoga.

I have never encountered a more detailed course on Yog. Everything from the basics to the advanced postures is taught very technically. The university is a gift by Lord Shiva Himself. The magic of this place will fill you with a different kind of Sattva guna. It is a place where you can recharge your life force or the Pranic energy. I have taken yoga teacher training from Lakulish yoga university. It has a fantastic course on yoga teacher training. Yoga tutors were fantastic and I learned lot of yoga there. Building is super stylist! Overall administration is also good and supportive. It has a very big library. I suggest to go this university if one wish to learn yoga in detail way.
