Beaware they change there policy whenever they like. We bought during that their return policy was we can use credit for 60 days now when we came to return they say only 7 day value the credit note is of. Horrible attitude of employees no proper customer service

Worst Place to go for Shopping. I will prefer West Side or Pantaloon next to Reliance Trends for Purchase for faster and better services.nBilling Counter people are very rude and it seems that they don't care about the customer. Also they did not reply for the query I asked. They take 15-30 Minutes just to generate one bill for a single customer. I have visited on 29-Jul-2020 on Wednesday at 4:40PM.nClothes are overly priced and then there is sale on MPR or vouchers you will get for the next purchase which has also expiry date.nSo Overall experience is worst but I am giving 2 Stars for the Parking that I got for my Car.

Wide variety of clothes, also very reasonable price, bought clothes from trends two to three times and never disappointed .

Love this place for their designs and price. Had bought something during their sale which was misfit and wanted to exchange.but they denied to do that. Free raising complaint with customer care, it was done. Have been a regular customer of theirs. Love their designs and prices. Have good collection for kids too.
