Mannar Post Office

Never accepts a parcel. The gentlemen and the lady officer in charge of the place finds multiple excuses to avoid sending a parcel. I d been there to send a reg parcel first they told me it had to secured with twine and sealed with wax. And when I told them that I have been sending and receiving multiple reg parcels( books) through other po's they started to be arrogant. I had my precious 30 mts wasted for no reason. If you can't do a job properly why do you cling to that position
