While typically closed during the lunch hour, they opened the shop to assist me by cutting the key blanks I provided for my Jetta. Such unexpected customer service and very much appreciated by an out of towner!

Today was the second time I've used these guys. Awesome experience both times. The guys are great to talk to and always seem to be in a good mood and willing to help out. Definitely would recommend them.

They need to stop being so cheap with the debit machine. I'll have to take my business ELSEWHERE if they're more afraid of a few cents charge per use than losing a customer permanently.
