For a busy period for the company with the servere weather conditions Ian and his team put every effort into getting our roof repaired and two quite severe leaks rectified. From survey to repair you know your in good hands. NERC's knowledge of the trade is very extensive and took no time at all to diagnose the problem and how to fix it. Our fix was carried out very quickly and were kept informed of when the works would be carried out and completed. We found NERC to be very professional, from company image with fully sign written vehicles to the manner in which they conduct their business. Direct, friendly and efficiant.
