Army Public School, 101Area, Shillong is one of the best school in Shillong and ranked no.1 school in Eastern Command when I used to be a student of the school.nnAbout the school: quality education, highly qualified teachers, top class infrastructure, good results every year, good record of medals and trophies, good number of visitings by the GOC-in-Chief and the school education officer (often of Major rank in Indian Army) which results in the maintenance of discipline of the school.nnAbout my experience: Frankly speaking it was APS Shillong that taught me to personally built my self esteem. It gave me enough courage to go up in the podium and speak my heart out. My academic performance before and after had a drastic visible improvements. I learned how to participate and socialise with other students, learned how to utilize many facilities provided by the institute ( which I never did in my previous schools) also learned how to bunk class ud83dude05.nnThe combination of freedom and caring provided by the school is what I personally feel is important for every child's development and the school is provided that excellently.

There was held our kv regional Taekwondo competition

The school is way behind when it comes to discipline.The discipline committee is defunct.Principal needs to be strict and act.I am sure all parents and teachers will agree to my statement.CCtcv cameras needs to be installed on the lines of KV Shillong Peak.
