Staying at Ba's place was the best Jaisalmer experience. We've stayed their twice over a period of 4 years, and Ba always made us feel at home. His parathas are legendary!nnNot only is Ba's big smile a monument to Indian hospitality, so is his heart. He'll do anything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We went on his desert safari both times we stayed and we'll never forget the magic of a night beneath the stars.nnThank you for everything Ba! We hope to see you again soon.nnRoshan and Philippa

The owner is so friendly and nice. Make sure you cannot find other place which can be cheaper than this place. But this building is too old so that the room is smelly, no hot water in winter.

Hard matras but everything else was just great. The owner is very friendly and his adjacent restaurant has really good food. We felt lucky to stay here

Hotel Mirage is a great place with a simple but nice hangout area/restaurant. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Most important Ba, the owner is very kind and helpful and is also a great cook - try the curries! I can recommend this place to everyone who wants to live inside the fort without all the buzz from outside. It's a small oasis and a great place to relax. I am sure it will make your time in Jaisalmer more enjoyable.

There are basic amenities. And the roof top restaurant is pretty cool. Also Ba is very accommodating.
