I been locked out the shop where I work on 24 th December ,shops closing down cold ,alone and without my back ,my coat ,money home key ,shop key ,phone mobile with numbers ,I was terrified .I rang another Keysmith company who told me that they were not available to help me ,after I phoned Keyteck Andree did a clean fast and polite job ,with good manners and kindly ,by phone they told me 25 to 30 minuts wait but was 15 minutes,Very happy with this company.THANK YOU ANDREE AND KEITHECK.

Could not resolve problem at time of visit but looking to resolve when correct part can be sourced.
Sadly this company didn't meet expectations. I rung to request course info and dates for my husband. Was told they'd be with me by the end of the day via email.n5 days after this initial contact I have rung each day to advise we're still waiting on the email with course info. Each time I've been politely reassured by various staff members that the info would be sent that day and apologies have been made. Some 7 days later, still no email.nDisappointed, and my husband has made the decision to go elsewhere.n2 stars given as the company were always very polite and courteous on the telephone.
The man that came was fantastic really cant recommended him and the company enough brilliant customer service I would use again but did cost over £550 but needed my back door fixed the locking mechanism on back door had snapped the door is over 25yrs old took 2 days to find a part and fix it also he wore a face mask and so did i
