Well this is by far one of the first generation electronic stores in Chandernagore and best part is, it evolved gradually with time just the only thing that remained the same is their behaviour and the wide welcoming smile. They not only will provide you with the device but they will in return suggest you what will be the best as per ones requirement. You can simply reliant on their service, as unlike other big scale retailers they don't push a product to you, they just provide you with the best opinion decision is yours, they will serve. I am satisfied.

Great service; good behaviour. Wide variety of products (electronic and home appliances). Aftersales service is prompt and stands outstanding. My TV needed repair work and when a technician attended it, the set worsened. But the damage control and eventually the repair work offered by Video Parlour is a thing which requires a special mention. Highly recommended.

Awesome place to buy electronic goods, you not only get good genuine products but also you get best support and service. I have got my first desktop computer in 2005 from here, it's was amazing experience to get the best products assembled and also got the best service whenever I was in need. Love their dedicated service and post sale support. Very friendly and they are always their to resolve your problems regarding electronics. Good knowledge about the products and to guide you with exactly what you need. I have recently purchased an inverter and battery from them after I got a reference from a friend. Also got my led and microwave oven serviced. You will find almost anything you need here.
