Do appreciate. Commendable Service & response from Mr Sharma jee responding to the call. He goes extra mile to help and guide you to resolve the issue. In Govt offices such has been a rare cases. The social distancing norms are followed. It's functioning at full capacity. However, the speed of the service is really erratic and can be improved.
