staff is not cooperative at all, no good dealings with customers .staff should be changed in, however, Sonika ma'am is very cooperative and she should be promoted to next rank at the available opportunity.

Very disappointing experience, staff should be changed immidiately with punishment. No sence of humour to deal with customers. Sonika ma'am is very cooperative and try to resolve all required issues, very helpful.

The post office is very bad Mostly the staff is on holiday. Don't use their banking services instead use any private or govt bank . This post office should get closed permanently.
