Location and environment is good but design of building is not much better for which wave infrastructure known. Balcony is too small.

FRAUD ALERT!!!!nDon't buy these flats. Poorly designed and bad build. After first installment, poorest service ever. They would sign contract with something else and then will not deliver it.nYou can follow up multiple time but they would not really help you.nnI think the whole scheme is to defraud simple people who have no way to fight the corporate giant.
