The staff is very rude especially Lady staff .They think themselves that they have govt jobs and nothing else. They refuse to take big parcels. recently I was supposed to send a parcel 10 kg full of vegetables to Hyderabad .The lady staff there refused me and told me that the vegitables are not allowed but when I argued and told them that I will go to big authorities a young male staff humble accepted my parcel. Please give pre mature retirement to these ladies and appoint youg educated staff.

I have been trying to call on given number but since last one hour this number is continuously busy and no response. there should be alternate number and also mobile number

very very very poor service,, i was call to post office but no body take the call same on you guys

Their contact no always kept busy and they are not making aadhar card or live pension etc.

My post shows return due to insufficient address although my earlier courier r delivered to my same address no one was bothered to call customer....
