Such a waste of time to visit this post office. Servers are mostly down and you will have to be queue for several hours. To deposit money in Sukanya account I had to visit there thrice it is still not done. I strongly recommend that Post offices should be privatised.

it is extremely poor post office. counter are only open to attract queue but most of the time seats are free or agent are getting their work done. if you raise a voice, you will be asked to leave or your work will not be entertained giving so many excuses. ppf account is open for over 11 years and everytme they take pan card and aadhar when depositing and have not updated pan in account till date. give us your logins and we will do it.. such a shame.

I purchased some books that was given by A stationary shop owner that are coming from haryana that He booked them on 9 June am now it’s 27nI have been waiting but since 7 day it’s coming that it is in Ghaziabad till my home it almost takes 5 to 6 hours not more than that but now it is almost 20 days very bad service of India post really not satisfied I even don’t wanted to rate you but without rating it cannot postnAnd one time I ordered a Couriyar that was coming from Guwahati to Pilani that is amost more than 2000 kilometers but I got it in 4 days but now it’s almost 5 hours but it has been 20 days badest service

Worst post office branch . Firstly just for passbook update they made me run from this counter to another like a football. They made me waited for more than 2 hours to give my cheque and then suddenly they are saying going for lunch and to come after 40mins .. There is one aunty in the next counter who select people of her choice and do work. She don't even give simple information that what all documents required to open an account. I am updating this review while waiting in the post office for about 3 hours and can hear their laughing and giggling.. They give priority to the agents, they keep customer's work aside who visit the post office and finishes agents work first because of commission.
