Was locked out at 3am ppm locksmiths got to me quickly and got me in. 5/5

Ripped off in the shop in Cardiff. Charged £29.99 for a locker lock (which didn’t work!) which retails at, no more than, £11.00 anywhere else! When asked why, he stated that being the owner he could charge whatever he wants? Thieves!

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Called out to replace a couple of locks, turned up on time. High quality work. Highly recommended.

Can’t thank PPM LOCKSMITH enough for all their help last week. I needed a till key cut from an original,slightly bent key. They cut one for me but insisted if it didn’t work to take it back with the till and they’d see what they could do. It didn’t work So I went back with the key and the till and hey presto 15 mins later it was all working!nExcellent service and customer care!nI will definitely be using them again.nThank you ud83dude04
