Though you will learn to enjoy the coffee more than the company.nThe work itself is usually repetitive and not creative and it gets boring very fast.nNo consideration of the additional skills (Automation).nOutdated testing tools like Bugzilla, Test link are used.nBeing a QA better to leave after gaining some experience for personal growth.nnNow the Pros-nIt’s a good company to initiate the carer for fresher.nFlexible work arrangements.nA rooftop cafe with good infrastructure.nSeveral perks are offered to the employees.nFun activities are always there to maintain work balance.nWe can enjoy company parties every three months and rejuvenate ourselves.nCoffee becomes your best buddy. You start enjoying your coffee breaksnUnlike we hear, our colleagues are very friendly and co-operative (with some exceptions).nnAdvice:nA good growing company with lots of improvements.

Initial 6 months were good. Many activities are always there for balancing work life. It's good for fresher's as there is so many things to learn.nBut after sometime you will think that you are inside a loop and stuck. So it's always better to move on after gaining some years of experience.

What a place! I simply loved the atmosphere. They have top floor which is a cafeteria plus gaming zone. It's really a great initiative from company to provide so much space to the employees.
