Family Room of Mayfair Gangtok is pathetic. It does not has a large sit out area as written on the website. 1 washroom in the Family Room is worse than a Rs.1000 hotel. It was a broken window and there were spider webs. It did not had a bathtub and the size of washroom was really small. The other washroom had a small bathtub. The Family Room is not at all upto the standard of the goodwill of Mayfair and the price which they charge is more than 2 deluxe rooms. It is better to book 2 Deluxe rooms than to book a Family Room. Not at all satisfied with the stay.

Lovely place to stay.. doesn't disappoint ever.. amazing casino.. nice setup on every single point.. great hospitality.. 👍👍

Great ambiance...very neat and clean ...great stay.... very courteous staff...but not happy with food...had better food in their other properties compared to Mayfair Gangtok.
