Some of the officer really misbehaves. They are reluctant to work, they don't answer if you ask anything rather they use bad defaming words. I am really disappointed

Worst quality bank, staf is too slow to help you, some are rude and lazy, they don't want to help you in any situation.nnIf you want draft and fillup the form and after submitting it with the money, they will not give you the draft, they will told you to come at 4pm or next day.nAlso they charge more for draft, B.O.I. charges Rs. 29 for draft and this bank charges Rs.59nnEven If you want your NEFT transaction ID they will tell you come to 4pm or next day then they will give you the ID

No maintenance. Maybe the worst service. Slowest staff members. So negligence towards customer. Is it a bank or something else?!
