No one picks up calls, my parcel has been stuck there for over 1 week. Don't know if I will ever receive it or not.

A parcel was sent by bank but never received.nTracking shows that the item was delivered but I never received it.

The wrost post office that I have seen ever A parcel has been sent by Sbi bank to me after tracking my consignment I have waited for more than two days and then third day I have visited them to ask about my parcel the post boy said that your parcel will be sent to your address while the status is shown that no one is available to receive the parcel and no one is at home however I am at home but they didn't call me.I have complaint in higher office regarding this but I have not get any satisfactory response .Very bad service.

I was about to receive my parcel from Ahmdabad. I m surprised that even without calling or knocking the door the status or tracking consignment has been mentioned as DOOR LOCKED. Its really shameful that the postal services in our country even in such developed place has pathetic service. I dont know whom to complain as the office should know their resonsibility and accountability. Will never ever use their service. Still I m worried about my parcel..
