Location wise, it's good as it is located near the main road of A Block of Sector 19.nGenerally crowded even during the weekdays but have ample space to accommodate all.nService is average.

Location: Accessible and Safe.nStaff : very cooperative.nWashrooms available.nWheelchair accessible.nParking available.nPublic transport available.nInside Residential area.nMy story: I went there on 22nd april 2021 for Aadhar updating.nIt was done very easily.nI notice the post office staff was friendly and helpful in guiding everyone.nCovid protocols were also followed by everyone.nnI went to the banking facility there was only one lady available although it was her lunch time.nShe just asked for 2 mins , wrap it up and ask me to come.nShe helped out very politely and within 5 minutes my work was done without hassle.

Overall it's a good govt. facility located almost on main road. Parking is not a problem in adjacent ground. . Service wise its average, sometimes attendant at the counter is missing. Go there with ample time. Its crowdy during weekend.

Worst experience. We shifted from noida to tripura. Kuch saman like bags, shoes, tool box, umbrella, cloths nd many things maine by post send kiya. Jab receive hue to mera parcel kata hua tha, again dusra packing kiya hua tha. I paid for my parcel which was more than 13kgs but recved less thn 5kg.. worst post office ever. I tried to contact with them but unable to contact. But definitly i will not spare them. All cloths are missing..
