Most pathetic service, Placed an order for receiving it at Warangal Station. 3/4 of the items i have ordered were not in the delivered food, Delivery guy went away right after giving the pack so i couldn't check and even the food is not good. Will never order here and will never recommend to anyone.nnEdit: I have raised an issue with the customer care they simply said will not make it happen next time. People don't order from here you will get disappointed for sure.

Never do online payment. They won't deliver the food once you pay the money. My order id #2303072. I don't know who are those people giving this fraud company a 5 star rating. They don't desrve to be in operation

I ordered chicken briyani which is supposed to be delivered at Kanpur central but no one showed up, then immediately I called the customer care and explained them about the issue they rescheduled my order to be received at Allahabad station. The food was delicious and the packing was perfect. Thanks travelkhana.

Ordered food for my parents travelling on 21st nov 19 the food was scheduled to b served at 8 30pm at kanpur rly station.my order id was 2193988 it was a prepaid order.but to my utter surprise order never got delivered.and the fon num provided is also fake no one ever answers your call.my money went wasted.this was my first n last rail food online order now.pathetic experience.not recommended at all.
