AMAZING PLACE AND AMAZING STAFF I am on 7 days Kumaon trip in this kurmanchal range. Ee accidentally came to know about this Windsor castle. They have classic suite and Deluxe and super deluxe rooms. But online suite is not available. One has to book on thr sport for the best suite and it is worth to live in that suite if you're on leisure trip. the property is widespread and has a beautiful scenery from the couple suite. Had gone there for Lunch. Despite no one else being there the servive was extremely poor. It seemed like we were unwelcome guests who have disturbed their resting time. Most of the items on the menu were not available or we were told so....nVery poor show by the staff of a wonderful place otherwise...

What we have here are remains of a once premium bracket hotelnRooms are surreal . With in built fire place..nBut all the other facilities listed on various web portals are decrepit...you add up a few stories here and there ..then enjoy the experience of a haunted house .nRoom service is nice .nStaff is compliant . Consisting of local citizensnWho had no idea about name of wifi we were provided withnNot a five star experience for someone expecting a sauna as listed on booking sites.nBut worth staying with optimised expectations

Just loved the hotel but yet its too much costly and very far from highway. The staff is very supportive and hospitality is good. I would love to recommend it to other people's for stay here. The view in morning is mesmerizing and just loved it.
