Great location with easy access to the beach (it is however not near other spots and is in a secluded location). A great breakfast spread, well maintained pool and pool bar to relax at. The rooms are also spacious and the rates are reasonable considering the rooms and facilities. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing vacation.

Spent a week here and enjoyed every bit of it..the property has a old laid back kinda charm with superb rooms..nnWe took a pool facing room on the ground floor..the room was super beautiful and the pool was even better..nnThe property has a private beach with its own shack on it which provides the needed privacy if you are with your partner..nnProperty highly recommended..

This is a huge property. Rooms are really big. Food is satisfactory. Services are really poor, laid back. You might wait for more than one hour for your meal. Staff are not well trained. Will not recommend if you are going to pay ₹13000/- per day. Golf course is just playable. Will not like to spoil my game.

Fantastic property in South Goa. The property is spread over 85 acres with access to a private beach. Fantastic hotel, very polite staff, huge and massive rooms, beautifully landscaped and very well maintained property. If you prefer the quiet, serene beaches of South Goa, this place is a must visit. Our flight was delayed and hotel happily accommodated us for an additional 2.5 hours of extended check out. Loved staying here.
