Hotel Paradise

It was horrible one night stay in this hotel; had to check out the first thing in the morning. Horrible and dangerous hygiene standard during pandemic season. There was a used COVID-19 mask in the cupboard. The bed linens and blankets were used and unwashed. They were full of stains, hairs, food droppings and had something sticky dropping on one of our blankets. The staff were rude and inefficient and the manager uncaring. The rooms were smelly; we gathered that smell of piss and filth is coming form the bathroom through broken doors. The food was horrible. The staff once refused drinking water at night saying 'the kitchen is closed'. This hotel is a health hazard and should be shut down.

The owner was too rude and was not ready to take any feedback, the thing he only cared for, was money. We booked the hotel for 10 people, but unfortunately only 9 of us reached and stayed there. Thinking of we paid for 10 people, we asked our driver to join us for the dinner but the owner somehow didn't like it and in front of everyone he started arguing us and told us to charge for one extra person on the final total.

The light of the room is so dim and there are no electricity bad sheet are unclean to

Worst management I have ever seen. The staffs belongs to that behave like they are doing favor to us in serving.Broken flush, non working gyser and broken door handles.

Loved the staff.nRoom and bathrooms were clean.nSuperb view.
