I booked a room which was shown as free confirmation during the booking and no payment required till check-in, thereafter once i did a booking i got a mail to initiate a amount from hotels side. In first place they should communicate it verbally and then send a mail or a warning call. They cancelled it without any prior notice and the staff's behavior was very rough unproffesional. Please beware they are misleading people by lying.

Good property, neat and clean rooms. Very courteous staff. Inmost of the Manali hotels restaurants are not operational and same with this hotel as well, hence had to give it a skip. But overall a good hotel.

The rooms were nice and spacious. However, there are a fewer staff members in the hotel and they lack hospitality with no resturant service. We had booked 2 river facing rooms around 2 months prior to our visit, but when we arrived, we were told that they cannot give us the river facing rooms and will have to settle with the opposite facing ones which has a very wierd and spooky view of the jungle behind. When we tried to talk with the receptionist about the booking we have of river facing rooms, he was pretty rude saying we should had then paid for the same beforehand, however, when we did the booking, there was no option for pre payment, so we decided to pay at the hotel. Anyways, after a long argument he gave us one river facing room and we had to settle with the other one. The property is decent with the mall road market around 2 kms which is easily walkable.

Hospitality was good. 2kms from Mall road and 500mtrs from private bus stand. Mountain view and river facing.
