Not to much people a lot of slot machines to play
The willows hotel is classic with a luxurious feel. The Mountain side had a picturesque view. Nice suite thoughtful decor. The casino is great but with the hotel stay you can relax. Gambling, Shopping, Eating, Drinking, Resting So much to do makes it fun. The spa and gym were still closed due to covid 19 but the pool was back open
Update (04/24/2021) : Outstanding security and valet team at this location. I appreciate all the gentlemen who helped me ensure my wife was able to get some fresh air and a wheel chair after having an extremely bad reaction to a drink purchased right after we arrived last night. After moving outside temporarily to get fresh air, my wife began to faint and became incapacitated losing muscle control while her body rejected the alcohol mix she had - both the casino security, and eventually a valet supervisor, were more than willing to assist me when I asked for help, and they both made sure I had everything necessary to help take care of my wife. I tipped the valet BIG and let security know I appreciated their help , but I truly wish I could give back more to the reservation as a sign of my appreciation and respect for helping us during a very awkward situation.nnAlways a good time here. Staff is always courteous and friendly.
