They never lift the phone. I tried on 8th apr from 4.32pm to 4.40pm continuesly, I hear only the engage tone.

They just have 1staff member for speed Post & the timings are from 10am to 1pm only, she is so lazy, she deals with saving accounts of post office only & keeps ignoring the customers of speed post ! Irritating frustrating people
