Staff very rude (lady). Frequently leaving seat and making people wait. No specific time for lunch which get extended. Even if the person leaves, the other/others not raising to occasion.nMost of the time it is observed that the outsouced person manning the registered post/ speed post and issue of the stamp counter. If is a security lapse please initiate immediate corrective measure.

Good but office stinks and office is not on to the main road.. It's inside the TSCO office BUILDING AND OPPOSITE TO CENTRAL CAFE WITH LASA LAMSA PAINTING
