Any review on here that is 5 stars is absolutely fake. They will treat you like garbage and waste your time. Unfortunate India is represented by these people. I will no longer be visiting after this experience.

Passport renewal; super quick. it took 7 working days for me to send the application and get the new passport. Impressed with the efficiency. I also talked to one of the employee before applying for passport and she was helpful.

Passport service is always a big headache. Please provide a easier way of doing it online. VFS website is confusing and no way to communicate with them to change to change or edit any details. It's a one way process causing so much of confusion.

I would give this embassy negative stars if possible! Incorrect information, no-one has any idea what they are doing. I wanted to get some documents attested but they refuse to do it while other consulates in chicago and SF have no problem attesting the same. Put me through a lot of unwanted expenses and trauma.

I applied for PCC and during covid they told us to mail which is good but they request original passport which is unsafe to mail. Why don't consulate change the process for PCC and they can just request affidavit passport copy instead of original passport.please look into this.
