I cannot stop myself from writing this. We were 3 friends going to Agra, so we booked Taj Convention Center, Deluxe Room for 3 Adults at 6500rs. We got a phone call that the hotel is not operational and they have shifted our booking to this hotel. Since we had paid in advance, we had no option. We reached the hotel at 1230am midnight. We checked in without any problems. Once we entered the room, we felt ac wasnt working properly. We called the reception and complained. An electrician came and said look the remote is showing that the ac is working at 19 degrees. We said do you think it's working right? He said no sir, there is something wrong obviously. He said he is getting it checked, but it did not get better.. we ordered dinner (old food heated again in microwave) and complained 5 times more about the ac but nothing happened. After eating dinner we asked them to change rooms which they said is not possible. We said then fix the ac because we are sweating, how can we sleep like this. They said this is what it is and nothing can be done. We had also asked for a standing fan because there was no ceiling fan. They said they will provide the fan but did not. So we had to leave the room at 230am in the middle of the night and sleep in our car. After everything the staff is not accepting anything and saying that its not their fault.

I have stayed in almost hundreds of hotels in the country but the service that I have received here was by far the best. An amazing room with Pool View. Experienced the greatest fog of my here and trust me the view looks amazing in fog here.nnA special shout out to the mouth watering Breakfast..nTeam Tajview, please take a bow for that..nnEverything was superb, amazing and worth it.

The property is well maintained but definitely you will miss the premium touch of Taj. Rooms are somewhat old but neat and clean,well maintained. Best part is food, good variety for breakfast and food is tasty. Staff during breakfast was very much courteous. Promptness in the room service was missing. Still rating four star for food,cleanliness and hospitality of restaurant staff. If you are getting good deal then recommended.

Perfect place with superb hospitality...... Quick service...... 100% satisfied.... Good place to spent weekend...... Greenery is good....... Only cons is beverages and dine in rooms are costlier(for me)
