I moved into a 1916 home in West Hartford and 3/4 of the doors in the home either did not line up to close correctly, were missing door hardware (latches, knobs), or had dysfunctional locks. West Hartford Lock spent about 4 hours in my home going from door to door doing everything from checking screws to removing and adjusting latches in the door frame to installing some new modern remote locks I had purchased. They were friendly and knowledgeable of the hardware, especially impressive considering it’s age. They left my home briefly to go to the hardware store to pick up some brass screws to try and maintain the original hardware’s character. There were a few original brass latches that they did not have so they plan on returning to complete thoseud83dudcbfThey even fixed some of the original locks to work with original keys the previous owners left us - relics! I recommend these guys for anything lock and key related!

Great experience! Broke my key in my house door lock and they were able to remove the broken piece out and I didn't have to get a new lock! For 15 bucks! Plus it was in a convenient location! Thank you so much!
