This is the worst project I have ever seen in my life.. They fooled me back in 2012 and since then I am paying price for that one mistake of mine back in 2012. Bahut bura phasa hoo.nn1. They sold me a flat 6 yrs back in same price what they are selling with new units at present in 2018. For me it's zero appreciation moreover no buyers for my ready property due to same pricesnn2. All onsite staffs are only deployed to fool you and make you all fake promises to just get you in the trap like they did with me in 2012.nn3. Once you are in the trap and booked property here it's all over. They will only followup with you for their slab payments all promises and customer commitments will go for a toss.nn4. They have not handed over keys of my ready flat just because of 30k maintainance amount. When I ask them what spending you are doing in that forest to maintain my flat where not a single seen living . they have no response and simply holding back my possession on this one condition.nn5. Even your ready flats are not cleaned when you visit to see them with your family.nn6. Even the name plate of my flat has name printed as wrong with spelling mistake too which they are hardly bothered to correct since its customers concern and not theirs.nnConclusion - Builder is a theif with its bluffs deployed to trap you . Please Please don't get trapped like mennToday I am in a position where I have no buyers, builder not supporting to sell it and simply ending up paying emi from past 6 years for a property of zero appreciation.nnIf you have black money to invest this is the project for you.
