Only 3 counters ...out of which one is dedicated for parcels etc..nn2 counters for nsc ...passbook...account etc...nnThere are big queues and aged people have to stand for hours in the cue...nnIn such small space with only 3 counters, I wonder why can't they extend the office and increase the number of counters...nnNo proper instructions to tell the people which queue belongs to parcel etc and which to other tasks....no working hours mentioned anywhere...no drinking water...no fan ...nnThere is no one to guide the people, after standing for long hours people have to return just due to some minor issue...nnIt's a waste of time...nnIt hurts to see aged people standing for hours in the queue..

Single counter for recg post, speed post, all bill payments, sale of stamps.nSeperate counter only for deposits n account holders.
