It is a small Shiv Mandir right on the banks of the Sarayu River in Bageshwar district, Bilona village next to the newly constructed Bridge on under construction bye pass road. It has a comparatively big Granite Shiv Ling. One can enjoy the refreshing site of Crystal clear blue water of Sarayu on the steps of the temple.
